This Goan dish is one of our favourite. Flavoured with freshly ground roast cumin, coriander, cinnamon and black pepper, and a healthy whack of ginger and garlic, the slow cooked pork stays tender and moist.
A bit of Goan magic adds a sweet and sour twist half way through the cooking time and it’s packed with antioxidant turmeric - so good for you that it should be included in your diet every day..shout then let us know what you think!
