This limited edition chive flower butter is made with chive flowers from the Shabby Gourmet kitchen garden.  It is delicious simply spread on toast, but melted onto mash or warm new potatoes, it takes elevates a simple dish to something else, entirely.  Divine with grilled chicken or fish, too.
