Way more going on here than meat, chillis 'n' beans!  The classic Chilli, done Shabby Gourmet Style!  This is a really healthy version of a Chilli, but we swear this is the last thing that’ll be on your mind when you tuck in.  Bursting with flavour, full of pulses and carefully selected beans (did you know that kidney beans are the least digestible of all the beans?  We don’t use ‘em!) with pops of unexpected spices and a proper heat to it, this is one hell of a chilli.

Chilli con Carne

  • Minced beef, onions, haricots, borlotti beans,

    black-eyed beans, lentils, tomatoes, tomato puree, lardons, black

    chocolate (may contain nuts and milk), chipotle chilli, spices

  • Serve with plain rice, either as it comes or add "all the fixins" - that's sliced, raw onion, grated cheese, soured cream, freshly chopped parsley & coriander.  Even guacamole, if you're feeling a bit self-indulgent - and why not!?
