Originating in Calcutta, this is a firm favourite Indian dish, here in the UK.  Loaded with crunchy bell peppers, spice, succulent chicken and our own home-ground, home-roasted curry paste, it's a must on your menu.

Chicken Jalfrezi

  • Chicken breast, onion, green, red and yellow peppers, tomatoes, fresh ginger, garlic, coriander leaf, spices.

  • Serve with plain boiled rice or naan bread, garnished with fresh coriander.
