No meat certainly doesn't mean no flavour!  Packed with pulses and grains to fill you with energy, this veggie chilli is no compromise - it’s a stonking dish in its own right.

Vegetarian Chilli

  • Haricots, borlotti beans, black-eyed beans, lentils, tomatoes, onions,

    quinoa, tomato purée, black chocolate (may contain nuts and milk), spices

  • Serve with plain rice, either as it comes or add "all the fixins" - that's sliced, raw onion, grated cheese, soured cream, freshly chopped parsley & coriander.  Even guacamole, if you're feeling a bit self-indulgent - and why not!?
