I tried making vegan chocolate tartlets as an experiment, and I will never go back to making them the traditional way.  This tartlet is rich and unctuous, satisfying - the ultimate grown-up chocolate fix.  Mr Shabby Gourmet and I usually share one of these and share a lemon one, too.  And they're even better with a nice big spoonful of clotted cream - but then, what isn't!?
