This is a light house cleaning, where I generally

- Not included are the bathroom and kitchen - floors only will be cleaned only in these rooms.

$150 service fee for 1-3 hours.

hours, plus $25 - $75 per hour for anytime over 1st 3 hours. These rates vary due to size of homes and extra resources needed to completely clean your home.

My Flowers Won't Grow 'Coz of them Weeds
$15 per hour (plus
an additional $15 fee for the 1st day of service or one time service
only.) If you are getting recurring service, you only have to pay that
fee the first service day only. Afterwards, it's whatever rate we have agreed upon, for the service you are receiving..
These rates are special, just 'coz I enjoy being around flowers.
Do
you have weeds taking over your flower beds? I will gently remove
unwanted weeds from your garden. I will take care not to trample your
flower beds and landscaping. Special discount rates may apply for those who donate cuttings from their garden to mine.
That Board hanging off your fence, isn't for looks
Pricing varies upon repair.
If
you have the resources to fix it, I have the knowledge and can most
likely repair it for you. If you have a repair I can't handle or a
large job to be done, I have several resources in which I highly

I
tailor my service to your needs. If you need a "knock the dust off the
top" with a bathroom cleaned and not the kitchen. I can do that. You
tell me what it is you need done and that's what gets done.
Your
needs are met with my service. Not someone telling you what you need
done. You already know what you need or want done. You just tell me.

Are you looking for a cleaning service
that doesn't have to be in & out of your home in an hour. An
individual who has the time it takes to actually clean your home.
I
do have my own cleaning supplies or I can use yours. Your preference.
If you have inside animals, I do prefer to use your vacuum, broom, and
mop. (So, I don't carry allergens to the next clients home.)
I
do
offer ala carte services. However, if you need only your dishes
washed, or just your ironing or laundry done, a $20 service fee will be
added. Also, these services are limited to my availability. The
majority of my clients require me to be in their home most of the day.
So these services may not always be available.
I
am not currently licensed, bonded or insured. But, I give you my
personal guarantee that if I break something, I will replace it or
reimburse you for the item. I pride myself on being very careful in
other people's homes.
My services are only provided for
residents in the Farragut, Loudon County, Kingston, Tn area. Due
to gas prices, I have to limit the area in which I can provide these
services.
Please remember, I have limited openings available for recurring service. These
openings will only be available for a short time. But, feel free to
send me your information or call me to ensure a future spot in my
schedule.
I'm
sorry and very upset to even have to add this to my website, but
since there is obviously a person or persons out there who do not
understand the meaning of cleaning services. I respectfully have to

to that nature. I do not provide other "personal" services. Nor do I
dress in a "maid uniform or costume" while I clean. My services are
respectable and there will be absolutely NO "hanky panky" of any sort
