On several occasions I've had to move plants to a different area of the yard. Either too much sun or not enough.
Also, the soil type varies in different areas of my yard. And of course, some parts stay moist longer. (If we are not in a drought.)
There are several ways to grow small gardens indoors also. These come in especially great for the gourmet cooks who like fresh herbs and vegetables to cook with. Also, if you live in a small apartment with no yard, they have many options available you can grow gardens indoors. It is always refreshing to bring the "outdoors" indoors.
